Toned Sexy Arm Workout

If there is one body part I’m massively obsessed with, its the arms. And mine happens to be frustratingly jiggly. Lol. Although now that I’ve been doing yoga, its has been increasingly getting toned. Yay for me!!!
But I still want to help things along and I’ve been doing resistance band exercises as well as light weights exercises.
