Lunch Box Hunt
For the past few months already, the kiddo has been bringing her own packed lunch to school. We both agreed on this decision because (1) I didn’t really fancy what was available in the cafeteria (2) I wanted to be sure she eats right, not junk food (3) At least I am sure the food is clean and well prepared if its from our home.
So when we started out, we bought a pink Barbie lunch box for her. Now, it seems like she has outgrown it and the size of the lunch box now just is not enough for her growing appetite. And she has been asking for a new lunch box.
Commence the hunt. We’re both checking out these items at Amazon.
Red Carry Bag with Wheelies Magnets – Waste Free Metal Lunchbox– one top of her list. This one’s a best seller and top rated too. Which makes sense really considering its nice looking, eco-friendly, well designed lunch box. Also comes in other colors.
Zojirushi SL-JAE14 Mr. Bento Stainless Steel Lunch Jar– when I was in school, my lunchbox was similar to this. It keeps the food warm and I like how its compact and easy to bring around. No wonder, its always on the best selling list.
Deluxe Lunch Box w/ Flatware & Napkin – awesome! Like you’re going on a picnic. Might be a bit too much for a 10 year old, but for those who are a bit older, this is a great choice.
Lock & Lock Glass Euro Lunch Box Set – compact, microwave friendly containers. Simple yet excellent solution for lunch boxes.
Lock & Lock Rectangular Lunch Box 3-Piece Set– adorable! compact, microwave, freezer safe, top rack dishwasher safe. Simple and very easy to use and clean.
ECOlunchbox Three-in-One– something that fits right into your bag. And it’s eco-friendly too.
