In the Kitchen: Fudgy Double Chocolate Brownies
One thing that is so nice about being cooped up at home. I’ve gotten back into baking!!
Yes, to yumminess! Although, I think my waistline is mourning this but I’m glad I’ve got a bit of a past time and hobby while my baby is napping. My daughter is quite happy with this and she gets to go to school with homemade goodies instead of store bought pastry for snacks.
One of her favorites is this Easy Double Chocolate Brownies. I got this recipe off from Cookpad app on my phone. I decided to give it a try since the ingredients were pretty basic and looked easy. Now, I’m happy I gave it a try as this is now a firm family favorite.
It turned out fudgy and moist on the inside and a bit crusty on top. I LOVE IT! This recipe is a keeper, really. Try it.
not a beautiful photo, I know but I was deadset on taking a shot of the ‘fudginess’ . Yum!
