Let me just talk about my favorite breakfast: Quick Cooking Oatmeal + Muesli + Fruits + Low Fat Milk or Soya Milk.
Quick Cooking Oats
Familia Swiss Muesli Cereal, No Added Sugar – this by far is my favorite Muesli brand.
Soya Milk – a really healthy milk substitute. And it tastes great too!
Yup, this is what’s keeping me really healthy and on the go especially now that I am pregnant. Even my husband has taken to eating this too.
I love oatmeal itself alone but after a few days of eating it, I tend to find the taste too bland. So I’ve decided to mix some things to it and found this combination a winner! And best of all, it gives me a feeling of fullness and health that I don’t find myself looking for junk food to much on before lunch.
